1 Measurement dead zone: The radar level gauge outputs a current of 4 to 30 mA during measurement. Because of the measured liquid itself and the camera, there are two dead zones in its measurement, namely the upper dead zone and the lower dead zone. dead zone.The minimum distance that can be measured between the upper dead zone liquid level and the upper machine tool coordinate system is about 0.5m~0.6m; the lower dead zone is at the bottom of the camera, and then the real liquid level gauge in the storage tank changes. 2 Errors caused by the measured liquid: When measuring the boundary, it is stipulated that the thermal conductivity of the upper liquid must be 12 larger than the thermal conductivity of the lower liquid.As long as the thermal conductivity of the two surfaces is not very different, it will become a wave pattern.When measuring, because the time of the liquid level meter and the interface is consistent, the two returned signals will overlap, which will affect the measurement result.


3. The viscosity of the liquid to be measured is too high: the liquid has a high viscosity, and such a liquid is likely to adhere to the camera, which will affect the transmission of the data signal and cause errors in the measurement; if the viscosity is higher, the medium may appear Combined with the camera, the camera must be cleaned every quarter.


4 Errors caused by the radar level gauge itself: The radar level gauge uses radar detection technology, and most of the errors are caused by the installation on site.
